Ancestral Yoga Private Session
In these sessions, I will guide you in the science of movement, breathwork, and mantra, personally tailored to what you are facing physically, emotionally, and spiritually to retune your system through this gentle yet potent re-organization of the energetic body. My sessions incorporate journaling, song, divination, affirmations, and sacred herbal tea as we are guided to support you through your journey.

Writing the Soul Free
In these guided journaling and creative writing sessions, we dig deep into the subconscious + ancestral soul-stories to help you release traumatic blockages and connect with different parts of yourself to unlock more access to your innate gifts and release your authentic voice. We move with curiosity and humility, we welcome surprise, and we humble ourselves to what the ancestors want to share as we align ourselves with what it means to become the vessel.

Soulful Design
Often times the spaces we inhabit are working against what we want to accomplish in them--a bedroom that is not restful; an office where work simply won't flow; or a business that is not inviting. Sometimes a space is simply functional but lacks the beauty, depth, and soul that would be truly nourishing. In a beautiful guided and intuitive process, I will support you in re-designing your space to be one that nourishes you in mind, body, and spirit. Whether it is your home, work-space, creative studio, or wellness space we will build this to be a space of soul alignment to carry the blessings that you are calling in, and hold the unique blueprint of your needs. I am experienced working with an array of budgets; I can work as a consultant, or get down and dirty with you in clearing your space.

Intuitive Consultation
In these sessions, we listen for what wants to be heard at the root, beneath the words, and I will offer what support is there. We will use whatever tools are called--song, prayer, divination, and meditation to assist us in gaining guidance, and we will discuss your dreams and signs to help you understand a way forward. I may suggest aligned ritual action or also possibly reference to other resources (people, places, and spaces) as a follow up.

Creative Collaboration
I would love to support you in your creative dreams, whether you are seeking a writer, director, dramaturg, spiritual consultant for your process, or simply a doula, guide and coach to manifest the project you've been dreaming up and stewarding. I will witness you with love and honesty, hold you accountable, and challenge you to stretch beyond what you thought was possible in a nurturing environment with ample energetic andn somatic support.

Sacred Event Design
